1. Do I have to provide a discount/special offer to other CCA companies in order to be on the Buy/Sell Network?
Answer: No special offer or discount need be provided. The strength of the Buy/Sell Network is predicated upon the idea that as consumers we prefer to transact with high quality businesses who will provide us with good customer satisfaction. But don’t forget; We all love a deal and it helps foster loyalty. So when possible, we encourage you to come up with a creative offer for y our fellow members.

2. Can my employees also take advantage of the discounts/offers provided by other companies?
Answer: Unless the “Selling” company has a special restriction on who can take advantage of their special discount or offer, all employees of a member company can take advantage. You will be supplied a special username and password for general access.

3. Does the Buy/Sell Network apply between the different CCA market cities?
Answer: There are no restrictions. Certain goods and services provided by CCA companies can, at present, only be found in specific markets.

4. When wanting to take advantage of special discounts/offers from another company how do I identify myself?
Answer: Simply identify the company you own or are an employee of.

5. When calling a company in the Buy/Sell Network is there a specific person I need to contact?
Answer: Simply contact the individual you see listed on the company’s Buy/Sell Network page.

6. Are all companies listed in the Buy/Sell Network winners of the CCA?
Answer: Not all listed companies are CCA recipients. In order to be listed they have to be introduced by a CCA company as a high quality vendor. Furthermore they can not be a competitor of a current CCA winner. CCA winners will be identified as such on the Buy/Sell Network.

7. How do I sponsor a high quality vendor of my business to the Buy/Sell Network.
Answer: Each CCA company on the Buy/Sell Network can introduce up to 5 companies that they do business with and who they deem to be of the highest caliber business. Simply email the name of the company and the contact person to Consumers’ Choice Award. A CCA representative will contact that individual and provide them with the necessary information to participate.

8. What are the qualifications necessary for a non CCA recipient company to join the Buy/Sell Network?
Answer: In order to qualify, a non CCA company must be introduced (sponsored) by an awarded company. The sponsoring company must, in its experience, deem the sponsored party an excellent enterprise in fitting with the spirit of the CCA. The sponsored company can not have goods or services that compete with current CCA members. An annual fee of $200 is charged to a sponsored company for their participation.

9. Is there a fee for joining the Buy/Sell Network?
Answer: There is no fee for CCA members. Sponsored participants will be charged $200 per year.

10. How long can I be a part of the Buy/Sell Network?
Answer: Participation is open ended for licensed CCA businesses. Sponsored companies will be re-evaluated each year.

11. How will the Buy/Sell Network be promoted?
Answer: The Buy/Sell Network will primarily be promoted via a Newsletter devoted to the Network. The Newsletter will be sent to all our participating companies on a monthly basis. Each participating company will have an opportunity to promote their goods and services in a special feature of the Newsletter. The Network will also be promoted at all CCA events during the year. We expect word of mouth to be the most powerful promotional vehicle.

12. Can I make updates to my Buy/Sell Network page?
Answer: Yes. You can update your Network page as frequently as you desire.

13. Are all products and services covered by the Buy/Sell Network?
Answer: In our first year of operation we anticipate to have a wide variety of goods and services covered. As the popularity and success of the Buy/Sell Network grows the selection will cover an ever expanding list.

1. Can I upload any file for my company logo?
Answer: You can upload a .gif or .jpg version of your logo that is less than 2mb in file size. Also be sure that the image is apx. 125px wide x 125px tall.
Also make sure the logo file is as close to a perfect square as possible. The image upload system will either stretch or shrink your logo file into a perfect square that is 125px wide x 125px tall.

2. How does the registration process work?

3. Is it mandatory to add keywords to my profile?
Answer: The keyword box in your company profile is not mandatory, but if you do not add keywords you are only limiting the amount of people that can easily find your company information.
The system allows visitors to search by state, category, or keyword searches.
When typing in your keywords you should use your city and state, along with singular and plural versions of your keywords such as the below examples:
- Mortgage mortgages - Website web site - Design designers - Company companies - Columbus, Ohio - Dallas, Texas
ex. searches Dallas mortgage companies - Ohio website designers
Only put in the most commonly used terms and avoid using less know acronyms or words most visitors would not use.
